Deva Schubert
Deva Schubert ist Tänzerin und Choreografin und lebt in Berlin. Sie studierte Tanz in Salzburg, Kassel, Kopenhagen und am HZT Berlin, sowie Bildende Kunst an der Kunsthochschule Kassel. In ihrer Arbeit beschäftigt sie sich mit Intimität und der Dynamik von Interaktionen als performative Mittel in einem breiten Spektrum, das Installationen, digitale Medien und Performances mit Tanz und Stimme verbindet. Sie arbeitet häufig mit Juan Felipe Amaya Gonzalez und Dylan Spencer-Davidson zusammen. Als Tänzerin und Performerin arbeitete sie u.a. für Christoph Winkler, Michael Portnoy, Isabelle Schad, Costa Company und Julie Favreau im Rahmen von Festivals wie der Biennale von Venedig, der Documenta 14 und dem Steirischen Herbst. Derzeit ist sie am LINK-Masters Artificial Intelligence and Culture Research-Projekt beteiligt.
